Dana Moody, Paralegal
Dana Moody is a Family Law Paralegal with over nine (9) years of experience. Having previously worked for the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court Family Law Division, Dana managed the daily operations and case management of family court programs such as Child Custody Investigations, Parent Facilitator Program and the Family Law Psychological Evaluations programs. Dana assisted in the creation of the Parent Facilitator Program for Pinellas and Pasco Counties and worked directly with the contracted mental health professionals to assist parents in developing co-parenting skills for their children. Dana was responsible for training the contracted child custody investigators and parent facilitators for the circuit. She has a vast knowledge of family law and understand the needs of our clients. Dana is aware of the sensitive nature of all family law matters and is dedicated to helping reduce the stress and remains mindful of the emotional toll these cases have on our clients.
Dana Moody began employment with Audrey A. Jefferis, P.A. in July 2008. Dana assists clients with all phases of the family law process from drafting various pleadings and other documents to assisting clients in gathering and presenting pertinent financial information for court required discovery requests and compliance. Dana also works closely in preparing cases for trial and scheduling witnesses for trial testimony.
Dana Moody received her Associates in Science (A.S.) in Paralegal from Florida Metropolitan University in 1995. She received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2007. Dana recently received a Masters Degree in Education with a specialization in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix. Dana has undergone training in parent coordination and plans to become a Florida Certified Family Law Mediator.
